Kristyn Glanville is a senior associate in the planning and environment team at Pikes & Verekers Lawyers. She regularly acts for both Councils and proponents, and has experience advising a range of sectors including Local Government, construction, development, and industry.
Kristyn regularly acts in planning appeals and enforcement of environmental offences, with experience in the Land and Environment Court, Local Court, Supreme Court, and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal, including as a prosecutor on behalf of local councils.
Kristyn has experience in a range of planning and environment litigation, regulatory investigations, advising on obtaining regulatory approvals, and due diligence on planning and environment matters. She has experience in a range of matters including planning, environmental licensing and pollution, contamination, heritage, and biodiversity conservation./p>
