John currently practises in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Litigation team, where he advises clients on a wide variety of disputes and commercial matters to achieve the best possible outcomes, whether through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution, or litigation.

John's experience includes:

• Contractual disputes, including contract drafting, procurement, negotiation, enforcement, and breach of contract claims.
• Alternative dispute resolution, including negotiations, mediations, and the preparation of settlement agreements.
• Expert determination and adjudication processes, with particular experience in building and construction disputes involving both residential and large-scale commercial projects.
• NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) matters within the Consumer and Commercial Division, including tenancy disputes, home building claims, consumer disputes, and retail lease matters.
• Local, District and Supreme Court litigation involving negligence, breach of contract, real property disputes, defamation claims, consumer protection matters, and construction-related disputes.
