Kim has extensive experience in transactions involving retail, residential and commercial property, and associated finance and contractual arrangements.
Kim has acted on several large scale off-the-plan community title residential and mixed use developments, advising on these projects from their conception to completion. Her involvement in these projects highlights Kim’s ability to balance the “big picture” and commercial imperatives of her clients with the provision of timely, accurate and analytical advice on a range of matters.
Kim acts for a range of private clients and companies, including publicly listed companies as well as a number of local councils. Her long involvement in particular with Willoughby City Council means that she is skilled in a range of local government matters and issues which are unique to local government clients.
Whilst Kim’s focus is on property law, she takes the opportunity to apply this knowledge to other areas of law and appears in real estate-related disputes in Courts and Tribunals. She works closely with Mark Green in both the fields of property and corporate and commercial law and regularly assists Pikes & Verekers’ Planning & Environment team in providing property advice.
