- A $60m plus asset sale and subsequent business refinance in which we acted for the borrower and involving three major banks represented by separate large firms.
Construction and Development Refinance
- A major debt restructuring for a construction development group involving the long-term refinancing of facilities of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Manly Art Gallery and Museum
- We were successful in obtaining confirmation from the ATO of Council’s DGR status in relation to a fund.
